Offering contemporary original paintings, sculpture, glass, printmaking, photography, and ceramics, they promote emerging artists as well as established ones and curate many exhibitions each year. Services include custom framing, cleaning, repair and restoration of old or damaged art. Tues to Fri 10 am - 6 pm, Sat 10 am - 5 pm, Sun noon - 5 pm.
Originally two separate entities, Centennial Gallery and Gairloch Gallery were amalgamated to form Oakville Galleries. The galleries are committed to presentation of contemporary art in all aspects of the programming. Centennial Square Tues to Thur noon - 9 pm, Fri noon - 5 pm, Sat 10 am - 5 pm, Sun 1 - 5 pm. Gairloch Gardens Tues to Sun 1 - 5 pm.
Crackpot Studio
This ceramics and pottery studio offers drop-in DIY bisque painting and an array of clay art courses for all ages. Birthday party hosting, corporate team-building seminars and fund raising solutions are provided.
Abbozzo Gallery
This public gallery exhibits local and international artists in a variety of medium including watercolour, photography, sculpture and more. Custom art framing and design is available.
Orange Coloured Sky
Located in the charming lakeside village of Bronte, this gallery space and artists' studio showcases the works of artist/owner Darla Thompson McNevin and other regional designers, painters and jewelry-makers. The on-site studio can accommodate for painters, mixed-media artists and potters. An array of workshop offerings are also offered.
